Bringing cutting edge, contemporary, world class street art to rural South Australia. A well proven method of bringing real social and economic improvement to rural areas. It encourages co-operation across all social , cultural and age groups with in a community to create something truly unique. Shows what is special about an area in a big way. It helps to bridge the gap between city and rural South Australia through art. Drives real economic benefit to the whole Lower Eyre Peninsula and would be the corner stone in an internationally marketed tourist art trail. International exposure that money can't buy

Great, glad to hear that the safety aspects for motorist have been fully considered for this project, too often they aren't. Good luck with voting, looking forward to seeing the mural being painted. Tumby Bay and the Lower EP in general needs more public art and sculpture!

This creative initiative would help kick start new projects and increase commerce in Tumby Bay and surrounding communities. The silo projects have been an amazing success experienced by Kimba (SA), and Wimmera (Vic). and its anticipated that if each town on the Eyre Peninsula and other South Australian townships. Moving forward with this kind of public art will encourage travel within Australia and promote rural SA as a destination holiday and bringing more tourist dollars to remote locations which will help communities to grow and become unique cultural iconic places.
