Give families and this beautiful park a purpose! It's a huge park that could be used more for recreation. A nature playground like the one at Solly Kindy and a BBQ area would be great. With a high indigenous area, why not plant a indigenous native garden? People have pride and respect in the area, give them some responsibility to care for their area and make this playground, native garden go ahead! Even a basketball court like it used to have would be fantastic but the council took it down only to leave asphalt and a new fence.

The park itself is central to the existing school & kindergarten so is a familiar space to families that largely goes underutilised. It has existing perimeter fencing, car park spacing, established trees for shade & many other features that would make it the perfect space to further develop & still have an extensive clear space available for sporting teams to practice or play on & facilitate other community events.
