South Australian residents aged 18 years or over can vote for an idea. To be eligible to vote, you will need to Log In or Register for a YourSAy account.
You will get to vote once in Round One, and you can choose the projects that you think will improve your neighbourhood and provide great benefits across your local community.
More details about voting is available here.
When idea applications are open, South Australian residents aged 18 years or over can submit an idea.
Ideas suggested by individuals must be sponsored by an organisation that is eligible to receive the funding, such as a non-government organisation, local councils, community sporting club, charity, school or community group. You can use the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) database to search for organisations that you could approach.
If a South Australian neighbourhood or community group, school, kindergarten or childcare, charity or non-government organisation has an idea, they can work with the local neighbourhood. However, ideas must be submitted by a resident of the local neighbourhood.
If you suggest an idea that will be located on land that is owned or managed by a local council or a State Government agency (e.g. a playground or a footpath), the Fund My Neighbourhood team will consult with the relevant council/agency on your behalf.
